You can purchase the metal frame or wood stub from Home Depot or other builder material store.

I went to Lowes, Home Depot couple of hardware store even looked online I cant find anywhere the wall mounted Frame to hang the XBOX up on the wall anywhere
can you please contact this client and let me know where he bought this ? or maybe you can tell me where the they are located and I can ask

check this link, it may not have the exactly same metal bracket. it may need to modify them.

you may not able to find exactly metal mounting bracket other customer have and you may need to modify yourself.
You can to ask the store staff to order same metal bar and modify yourself.
